Some horses' arrival at Grace Falls Farm is more dramatic than others, and Charming's story fits the bill. To project Charming, the details are obscured, but his rescue came with a sheriff's escort, SWAT team intervention, and less than a day's notice to make it all happen. Every day after has been a story of healing and rest.
Charming was rescued to save his life, and he looked to be an excellent riding horse for young and old alike. Sadly, we found out shortly after rescuing, Charming's physical condition would not warrant him ever being ridden again.
For many, that news leads to the discarding of a horse, and another horse in need of a rescue, but that doesn't happen at Grace Falls Farm. Charming is now a forever horse and will live out the rest of his days in peace... and a little spoiled.

While Charming is now retired, he was great to ride for both old and young alike, sometimes at the same time!
